PAPER PROOFS
Paper proofs will not be provided for orders under $1500.00(Z) unless requested on purchase order. For paper proof requests, no charge, $10.00(Z) each additional revision.
RANDOM SAMPLES & NO IMPRINT ITEMS
Use end column price. Shipped within 24 hours with available stock.
PMS COLOR MATCH
N/C if a PMS number is indicated. $15.00(V) if a swatch match is needed.
COLOR WASH
$25.00(V) per color wash.
MULTI-COLOR/OFFSET
Must provide a printout of full color artwork for reference when submitting an order.
OVER/UNDER RUNS
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted products, Sweda reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order and shipment will be billed accordingly.
PACKAGING
Most items are individually gift boxed with instructions and warranty unless noted. Pens are shipped bulk pack unless noted. Please call factory for specifics.
MAILERS
Shipped flat or pre-packed. Insertion is available for an additional charge. Call factory for quotation and special packaging.
TIME SET
A charge of $.75(V) per unit for all analog clocks and watches. Digital items may also be set, however due to shifting during shipping, it is not guaranteed.
REPAIR SERVICE
Every effort will be made to return repaired items with imprint. No imprint replacements may be substituted if repair is necessary.
DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTS
$5.00(Z) each location plus freight. F.O.B. City of Industry, CA. Please contact customer service for a drop ship specification sheet. Drop ship lists must be prepared according to the specific instructions on a Microsoft Excel Worksheet to avoid additional charges.
3RD PARTY SHIPMENTS
$15.00(Z) charge per order.
OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS
International shipping form is required for foreign shipments: $25.00(Z) handling charge per location. Please provide 3rd party shipper number. Please call factory for details.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Incorrect address: For each incorrect address provided, there will be an address correction fee of $12 assessed per package + a one-time $15 administrative correction fee.
RETURN GOODS
Returned merchandise without authorization from factory will not be accepted. Any non-imprinted merchandise authorized for return by the factory is subject to $25.00(Z) service charge plus 15% of the net cost of the order. All returns must be freight prepaid within 60 days of shipment. No returns on USB items.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum cancellation charge of $50.00(V) plus all production costs to date will be billed accordingly. No cancellations on USB items.
WARRANTY
Most watches carry a 1-year limited warranty. All other Sweda items carry a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Battery and ink cartridges excluded. Returned imprinted items may be replaced with no imprint items.
QUALITY CONTROL
Sweda has been QCA accredited, please call factory for more details.
