Meet Our Executive Team

Jim Hagan, President/CEO
Oversees all aspects of the company’s activities.  Hagan joined Sweda in 2001, having increasingly broader roles in sales and operations until being named President in 2007.  Hagan earned his Bachelor degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Cindy Qin, CFO/VP of Operations. 
Ms. Qin joined Sweda in 2004, and her duties include company financial planning, management, and reporting in addition to overseeing all aspects of operations, sourcing and supply.  Qin has over 16 years of accounting and management experience.  Qin earned her Bachelor degree in finance/international business from California State University, Long Beach and her MBA from the University of California at Irvine.

Scott Pearson, VP Merchandising. 
Mr. Pearson joined Sweda in 1997 and is responsible for all new product development, catalog development, and marketing collaboration.  At Sweda, he previously worked in outside regional sales, inside sales management, strategic account management, creative art and design.  Pearson earned his Bachelor degree from California State University, Fullerton.

Kellie Claudio, VP Sales.
Ms. Claudio joined the Sweda family in 2010 bringing with her over 23 years of sales and marketing experience. Claudio is  responsible for overseeing all aspects of outside regional sales, inside sales, customer care and strategic accounts.
