| Batteries Long life batteries are included with all items which require them. Copy Change $20.00(Z) per change plus the cost of new screens or set-ups. Drop / Split Shipments $5.00(Z) each location plus freight. F.O.B. Industry, CA. Please contact customer service for a drop ship specification sheet. Drop ship lists must be prepared according to the specific instructions show on the sheet to avoid additional charges. Mailers Shipped flat or pre-packed. Insertion is available for an additional charge. Call factory for quotation. Over / Under Runs Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted products, Sweda reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order and will bill accordingly. OVERSEAS Shipments Foreign shipments: $25.00(Z) handing per location plus freight. Please call factory for details. PMS Color Match N/C if a PMS number is indicated. $15.00(V) if a swatch match is needed. Quality Control All Sweda watches are assembled in the Sweda factory through milspec Q.C. standards. Most watches carry a lifetime limited warranty. ISO 9001 certified. Random Samples & Unimprinted Items Use end quantity price. Shipped within 48 hours with available stock. Repair Service Every effort will be made to return repaired items with imprint. No imprint replacements may be substituted if necessary. Return GOODS Returned merchandise without authorization from factory will not be accepted. No imprint merchandise authorized for return by the factory is subject to $25.00(Z) service charge plus 15% of the net cost of the order. (All returns must be freight prepaid within 60 days of shipment.) Running Charge (add for each color/position imprint after the first) Quantity : 12-49 $2.50 Quantity : 50-99 $1.25 Quantity : 100-249 $0.75 Quantity : 250-499 $0.50 Quantity : 500-999 $0.50 Quantity : 1000-2499 $0.40 Quantity : 2500+ $0.35 (V) Time Set A charge of $0.75(V) per unit for all Sweda analog clocks & watches. Digital items may also be set, however the due to settling during shipping, it is not guaranteed. Warranty Most watches & pens carry a lifetime limited warranty. All other Sweda items carry a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Battery excluded. Returned imprinted items may be replaced with no imprint items. NOTICE: This catalog supersedes all previous catalogs, prices, and items.
